WHY CHANGE

Good air struts on Tesla S or X make a drive on Scandinavian roads a pleasure. It's not as fun when leaks occur. On older Teslas this is common. The main reason usually is that the rubber in the air bellows ages, and gets microscopic holes, which cause air loss. There may also be corrosion around valves and sealing rings, which causes small leaks to occur. Then it's time to change.

So which air suspensions should you choose? The most important thing is to ensure good quality: that rubber, metal, sealing rings and valves maintain high standards. We, as distributors of Vigor® air struts in Scandinavia, guarantee this. In addition to being proven on local roads, they are produced according to standard ISO / IATF 16949 2016 quality management in the automotive industry. The air struts are then subjected to extensive testing, including a duration test with over 1 million shocks and a following pressure test to check that sealing rings are still tight (see video 1 & 2 below). Factory warranty is 2 years. The price is also favorable.
