ORDER. Shipped from our warehouse in Norway. Usually 2-4 days delivery time with UPS. Delivered to your home adress (alternatively nearest pickup location). Price includes VAT. In addition comes freigh cost, custom clearance and fees. These are added to the price, when you enter your address (you see the sum before check out). There are no additional costs for you beyond this.
INSTALLATION. If you don't install it yourself, there are many workshops that do this. The price per pair is usually around EUR
3-500. You may call around and ask if you can bring your own parts. It's also a good idea to buy an extra air nipple and hose cutter.
ADAPTATION. Tesla recommends to replace air struts in pairs (passanger and driver side at the samt time). This is also our recommendation. It is of course entirely possible to change only one side. But in some cases you may get problems with uneven height adjustment. The ECU/Software may also respond unclearly to different types of air struts, although this is often resolved by resetting the level sensors.
PART NUMBER. Always check original spare part number or OEM reference before ordering. The Tesla Parts Catalog main number of this item is 6006353, followed by variants of either 00C, 00D, 04A, 04B, 06B, 06C, 07A, 07B. It fits rear wheel drive (RWD) and dual motor cars (DM, or AWD), produced between 2013 and March 2016 (pre-facelift), air suspension type standard, smart and plus. The part price at Tesla is EUR

MOUNTING PLATE/SHOCK SPONGE. You can in some cases reuse the old mounting plate & sponge thats on your old air strut. Or you can just order the air strut with a brand new set below. If the option is not clickable, we are sold out.
VALVES. Valves are critical components on all air struts. We do not recommend buying any type of 'aftermarket' ones, if you are unsure of the quality. Then you quickly have problems with height adjustment, unevenness and the like. Cheap Asian copies also have an ugly tendency to get 'stuck' in a given position. Our valves are German OEM quality. The residual pressure valve is manufactured by AIGO-TEC GmbH, while the air nipple is the original Voss 'quick-to-connect' system 203.
WARRANTY. There is a 2-year warranty on Vigor® air struts up to 80,000 km, also if you install them yourself. If you go DIY, however, we assume that you know what you are doing. If you are unsure, please visit a workshop for installation.
